Dear my pretty friend Emma, I like the birthday box of presents you sent me. Thank you.
You draw your aquarium with a lot of blue water. My fish tank bowl is not a big aquarium. Do you shake salt into it. Mine does not have salt, but it grows algae that makes the ruins of Atlantis turn green. My fish change color too, but not green. Luke turned whiter, and Shark turned oranger.
I love you and see you in your driveway. You are awesome. You can speak with your voice. You make the bigs understand with your voice. Good.

ReplyDeleteThank you for this note to Emma. I cannot wait to show it to her. It is pretty late right now. She can read it in the morning, and I am certain that she will have much to say to her Computer Boy. I am glad that you like the little gifts that Emma picked out. She picked each one especially for you. She had trouble deciding among many choices, but ended up with those things.
I am so happy to hear that you are impressed with Emma and her voice. I know that it will make her very happy to hear that you think she is doing so well. She tries so hard, and we are proud of her too. It does not come easily for Emma, talking that is. (I know that you talk too, so I know that you know what I mean.) It is much like her crawling and creeping and walking--energy consuming. She has to work very, very hard. Some days she doesn't have much to say, but other days she talks the paint off the barn. She knows exactly what she is saying too. I bet you could understand her, and she would love that.
